These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and vb33 ("vb33", "the Platform", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the vb33 website at https://vb33.vip, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, casino gaming, sports betting, bonus participation, and any communication with vb33 support.

By registering an account on vb33, by clicking any "I agree" or equivalent acceptance checkbox during the registration process, or by simply accessing and using the vb33 platform after these Terms have been published, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any future amendments to them.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered on vb33.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account on vb33 and must not use the platform in any capacity. Access to and use of vb33 is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms.

Access to and use of the vb33 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. vb33 operates a strict 18+ policy across all sections of the platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or access any game or betting market on vb33.

• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion on vb33. If you have previously activated self-exclusion and wish to return to the platform, you must follow the formal reinstatement process described in the Responsible Gaming section.

vb33 uses automated and manual age-verification checks during registration and at various points during a player's account history. Where vb33 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately, access to funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the originating payment method after verification that no game play occurred using those funds.

To access the full vb33 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, deposit and withdrawal services, and bonus programmes, you must register a vb33 account. Account registration is free of charge.

Discrepancies between the account name and payment method name may result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification. Accounts found to be registered in a name that does not match the player's legal identity will be suspended.

All financial transactions on vb33 — including deposits, withdrawals, game bets, and bonus amounts — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vb33 does not process transactions in any other currency. There are no currency conversion fees on any vb33 transaction.

Accepted Payment Methods. vb33 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on technical or operational factors at any given time. vb33 will notify players of any changes to payment method availability with reasonable advance notice where possible.

Deposit Rules. The following rules apply to all deposits made to vb33 accounts:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your vb33 account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference.
• vb33 does not charge fees on incoming deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of vb33.
• vb33 reserves the right to apply source-of-funds checks on deposits above certain thresholds as part of its responsible gaming and financial compliance procedures.

Withdrawal Rules. The following rules apply to all withdrawals from vb33 accounts:

• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being submitted and verified.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies; players should check the current minimum withdrawal threshold in their account settings at the time of requesting a withdrawal.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the vb33 platform. Additional game-specific rules and sport-specific betting rules are published within the relevant game or betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

General Gaming Rules.

• All bets placed on vb33 are final once confirmed. vb33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except where a technical error on the vb33 platform caused the bet to be placed incorrectly.
• The minimum and maximum bet amounts applicable to each game or betting market are displayed within that game or market at the time of placing a bet. These limits may vary by game, provider, and account status.
• All casino games on vb33 use certified random number generation (RNG) from the game provider. vb33 does not influence, alter, or have access to the RNG processes of any game supplied by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, or any other certified provider.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, power failure, or server error — vb33's system logs will be used to determine the state of the game at the time of the malfunction. vb33's determination based on system logs is final.
• vb33 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a pricing error, a technical error, or where there is clear evidence that the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

Sports Betting Rules.

• Odds on all sports betting markets — including BPL football, T20 cricket, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, NFL, and other events — are updated in real time. The odds accepted at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movement.
• Live in-play bets are placed at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is submitted. vb33 is not responsible for network latency that may cause a bet to be received after in-play odds have changed; the odds applied will be those confirmed by the vb33 system at the time of receipt.
• Abandonment, postponement, or cancellation of a sporting event may result in bets being voided in accordance with the specific sport rules published on the platform. Voided bets have the stake returned to the player's account balance.

vb33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), BPL season openers, and T20 World Cup fixtures. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section and any specific terms attached to each individual offer.

Wagering Requirements. All bonuses issued by vb33 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms published at the time the bonus is offered.

Bonus Abuse. vb33 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Providing false information to qualify for a bonus.
• Using a bonus in a manner designed to exploit low-variance game outcomes or reduce the risk of the wagering requirement through systematic low-risk betting strategies.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms collectively.
• Withdrawing a deposit before completing the wagering requirement attached to a bonus issued in connection with that deposit.

Bonus Expiry. All bonuses issued by vb33 carry an expiry date after which unused bonus funds and any associated free spins are forfeited. The expiry date for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Players are responsible for tracking bonus expiry dates and completing wagering requirements within the applicable timeframe.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vb33 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance (where the balance is found to have been accumulated through prohibited conduct), and may result in the matter being referred to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, conducting fraudulent chargebacks, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility in any way.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit game mechanics, sports betting markets, or bonus structures in a manner that gives an unfair advantage or artificially influences outcomes.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or make gaming decisions on the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting event, or participating in any scheme related to match fixing in connection with events available for betting on vb33.
• Money laundering: Using vb33 to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds as a mechanism for laundering proceeds of unlawful activity. vb33 cooperates fully with any legitimate law enforcement or financial intelligence authority investigation related to suspected money laundering through the platform.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your vb33 account, or accessing or using another person's vb33 account, regardless of that person's consent.
• Platform interference: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the technical infrastructure of the vb33 platform, including through denial-of-service attacks, SQL injection, cross-site scripting, or any other technical attack vector.

Voluntary Closure. You may close your vb33 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, vb33 will process any outstanding withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

Self-Exclusion. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may activate self-exclusion through the account settings panel or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion closes the account to all gambling activity for a minimum cooling-off period. During self-exclusion, vb33 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account. Reinstatement after self-exclusion requires a formal written request after the cooling-off period has elapsed and is subject to review by the vb33 responsible gaming team.

Suspension by vb33. vb33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Dormancy — accounts with no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be closed in accordance with the platform's dormant account policy.
• At the request of a responsible gaming authority or law enforcement body.

Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed by vb33 for reasons other than a confirmed breach of these Terms, the real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms involving fraud or prohibited conduct, the balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Amendments to Terms. vb33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered players will be notified of material changes via the email address on their account no less than 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the vb33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
